Our Story & Values
learning to do business better
EVA Group was founded after firsthand experience with high-pressure work environments and burnout. That experience reshaped how we think about support, leadership, success, and sustainability.
We began working closely with founders. From the outside, their businesses were thriving – but behind-the-scenes, many were operating at the expense of their time, health, relationships, and overall wellbeing.
It became clear that when business owners are given the right structure, systems, support, and boundaries, it creates room for a big shift.
As their working hours decreased and boundaries appeared, our clients businesses didn’t suffer – they grew. With clearer priorities, stronger systems, and trusted support to protect capacity, success begins to feel sustainable.
Witnessing how balance fuels better business became our foundation.
Today, EVA Group exists to enable founders, executives, and leaders to build businesses that support and add-to their lives, rather than consume them.
Meet the Founder
Kayla Robertson is the Founder & CEO of Executive VA Group Inc.
Her leadership is shaped by firsthand experience: navigating burnout, rebuilding healthier work rhythms, and supporting high-performing entrepreneurs through moments of growth, pressure, and transition.
“Firm boundaries don’t limit growth. They make it sustainable.”

She is a passionate writer with a particular interest in brand strategy and development, helping clients create deeply aligned content across their websites, marketing materials, and social platforms.
At the heart of her work is a simple belief: great support isn’t just about getting things done. It’s about creating clarity, confidence, and breathing room for the people being supported.
Under her leadership, EVA Group has grown into a trusted partner for founders and executive teams who want more than task support – they want a business that leaves room for a full life.
“The right support doesn’t just lighten the workload – it changes how leaders show up.”
The Collective
Executive VA Group is powered by a carefully curated collective of administrative professionals, virtual assistants, executive assistants, content creators, and specialized service providers.
Our Collective is built with intention. Each member is selected not only for their skill and experience, but for how they think, communicate, and support others.
This model allows us to thoughtfully match clients with the right personality, skillset, and level of support – ensuring a more aligned and effective working relationship.
Collaboration is at the heart of how we work. Behind every client is a team that communicates clearly and operates with a shared understanding of priorities and standards.
